The production process of prefabricated concrete elements starts immediately after the design has been adopted and takes place along with preparatory works and earthworks. This method of construction ensures that the contractor/engineer has a significant starting advantage, the facility is closed in a short time so that works on interior positions can start considerably earlier.



As prefabricated concrete elements are produced in factories under controlled conditions, low temperatures in winter do not affect the production dynamics and product quality. The prefabricated construction can be mounted in winter months which enables the process to run smoothly irrespective of weather conditions.

Prestressed hollow core slabs

Their characteristics are, construction efficiency, highly automated process of production which is environment-friendly, high level of concrete strength, speedy construction, fire resistance, quality of the construction works performance, sustainable construction, etc.


The production of hollow core slabs takes place on runways by the method of extrusion of special concrete with the help of slipform pavers which form slab section with continual interior hollow cores. The production width of slabs is 120cm, the length is variable whereby thickness depends on load and the span of slabs.

Elements are produced in smooth formwork in the factory under controlled conditions. For the production of prefabricated elements the company uses self-compacted concrete produced in the completely automated concrete factory within the production complex. The procesing of reinforcement take place in the factory circle making the process of monitoring the whole production easier and more intensive.


Our prefabricated elements can take different profile and variable lengths which ensures their flexibility and wider scope of the application of the prefabricated concrete construction in building construction. The additional capacity to prestress elements enables great construction rasters and the realization of most demanding projects. The prefabricated concrete construction consists of foundation cups, columns, primary roof beams, purlins, interfloor beams, prestressed hollow core slabs, parapet beams.

Barriers are standard for all carriageways of greater priority. Their use is standard on medians, as well as on outer edges of perpendicular and hazardous parts of freeways. Steel barriers were used in the past and today on the market there is a growing usage of the innovative system of concrete barriers. This type of barriers can be used as a temporary or permanent safety barrier.

Construction of Betonblock system

Betonblock system is a modern system of concrete blocks which are quickly and easily mounted without any additional types of materials for setting and the need for vertical and horizontal formwork. As there are no setting materials, blocks can be easily moved and reused on another location. They are installed directly to the ground (of appropriate modulus of incompressibility) without the construction of the foundation.


Betonblock system, due to its characteristics, is intended for many uses. It can be used for:

  • Constructing partition boxes for separating bulks (partitions are quickly and easily removed, expanded and adjusted).
  • Securing road slopes;
  • Physical separation of all types of facilities (temporary or permanent structures, mechanical shock resistant and waterproof).

Prefabricated construction plants

The surface of the plant for the production of precast reinforced concrete elements is 5700m2. The production takes place in an enclosed space which enables working throughout the year irrespective of weather conditions and atmosphere temperature.


Prefabricated reinforced concrete elements are cast into modern hydraulic molds which enable faultless finishes and exclude geometrical deviations from design details. The process of pretensioning construction elements is also enabled contributing to higher load bearing capacities of elements which allow greater construction spans. Apart from the elements of precast AB constructions, prestressed piers are also produced in the production plant, as well as structural members for New Jersey barriers, structural members for Betonblock retaining walls, curbs, canals

In the production plant there are also runways for the purpose of producing prestressed hollow core slabs. The required equipment and machines for streching and tensioning ropes, casting concrete and cutting final products are at disposal for the aforementioned production.


The production of self-compacting and special concrete for prefabricted AB elements is performed in our production complex in a completely automated concrete factory. Continual quality controls concerning fresh concrete and attained concrete grades guarantee high quality precast AB constructions.
